Scott Kelly
is the lead instructor for FIRSTAIDCPR4U. Scott is a Lieutenant/Paramedic with the University Place Fire Department where he has worked since 1994.
Scott started FIRSTAIDCPR4U in 1999 to help educate the people in his
community on the importance of knowing CPR and First Aid skills, and how
this education may help save a life of a friend, family member or co-worker.
With the help of Scott’s teammates and family, FIRSTAIDCPR4U has branched out to all
corners of Washington State to continue to share the message on the
importance of these life saving skills.
